Cornish estate agent Lillicrap Chilcott has expanded its team with two new appointments.
Steve Critchard and Glenn McFadzean have both joined the Truro-based agency from jobs with larger corporate companies in the county.
Critchard is a former oil-field inspection diver who moved to Cornwall from the south east 20 years ago.
McFadzean grew up in Cornwall and worked extensively in estate agency in Devon before taking time out to experience the good life in the Hebrides. He returned to Cornwall three years ago working for a corporate estate agency in St Austell.
The duo bring the team at Lillicrap Chilcott to a total of 18 staff.
