Public relations agency Skyfield Communications has been appointed by the Buckfastleigh-based Coffee West to help drive its regional marketing campaign and support national promotional activity throughout the year.
With a 20% rise in sales over the last four mouths Coffee West is looking to capitalise on a shift to higher quality products as customers and the industry becoming more discerning with their spending.
Andrew Tucker managing director of Coffee West said: “These are challenging times for the catering industry and with consumers becoming more selective we needed an agency that understood the market and were impressed by the results Skyfield had achieved for other food and drink
producers in the Southwest.” Â
Established in 2003, the Lostwithiel-based PR firm pitched against three other agencies to win the account demonstrating valuable sector experience.
