CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) is running a workshop on customer journey mapping, hosted by the Hall For Cornwall, to help local marketers and business leaders really understand what it’s like to be their customer.
The workshop leader is Jerry Angrave, a certified customer experience professional and a judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards. Jerry explains: “Journey mapping is a highly effective way to understand what is most important to your customers, what they expect, what they experience and how that makes them feel. It shows a business where to focus its effort in order to deliver the right experiences that keep its customers coming back”.
Jerry adds: “The workshop will be full of tips, templates and examples of who’s getting it right. It will be beneficial to anyone in a role where they need to demonstrate how well a business is performing on the important issues and who need to convince stakeholders to make the right change.”
The workshop is open to CIM members and non-members and can earn business professionals 3.5 hours CPD. It takes place at Hall For Cornwall on 4 February from 9am – 1pm.
