Deli restaurant group Sabzi has launched an online store in time for the festive season.
The company, which celebrates five years this month, brings a taste of the Middle East to Cornwall, and was founded by chef owner Kate Attlee in 2019.
Born and raised in Cornwall, with an Iranian father and British mother, Attlee’s Iranian heritage heavily influences the daily-changing menu at Sabzi.
The original Sabzi opened in Truro, and Attlee has since opened a further three delis in Falmouth, Padstow and Nansledan.
She said: “It is important to me that Sabzi serves our community here in Cornwall, but is also welcoming to visitors. We are frequently asked if we are able to send our products as gifts, or to those who can’t pop into one of our delis easily, so we are absolutely delighted to be able to offer a selection of Sabzi’s own deli products for sale through our website.”
