Folk2Folk Wins ‘Peer to Peer Lender of the Year’ and Earns Prestigious Shortlisting.
Folk2Folk, the UK’s leading Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending platform, is celebrating after scooping a prestigious industry award and being shortlisted for another.
The Cornwall and Gloucestershire-based business helps small businesses across the UK access the finance they need by connecting them with investors. To date it has facilitated more than £725m in business loans while providing competitive fixed-rate, property-backed returns, currently from 8.75% per annum.
Folk2Folk was named ‘Peer to Peer Lender of the Year’ at the recent Alternative Credit Investor (ACI) Awards 2024, held at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel. The ACI Awards celebrate the best and brightest in the alternative finance industry, recognising companies that drive innovation and deliver impact. Folk2Folk’s consistent industry recognition underscores its leadership in the P2P sector.
Further adding to its achievements, Folk2Folk has been shortlisted for the ‘Specialist Lender of the Year 2024’ by the NACFB (National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers) Commercial Lender Awards. These awards recognise lenders that have made outstanding contributions to the UK’s commercial finance sector by providing innovative, ethical, and impactful financial solutions. The winners will be announced shortly.
