Experts at the Growth Hub are hosting a number of free skills events for businesses in the Duchy.
Whether it is sales, finance or appraisal skills, Growth Hub has got you covered with workshops running from November and into the new year.
Finance for Non-Financial Managers is a one-day course in Falmouth on Thursday November 21, from 9.30am until 4.30pm, offering an introductory understanding of some key finance-based concepts.
If you can’t make the session this month then don’t worry, it is running again on December 11 and a third session on January 22 is available to book now.
On January 15, in Falmouth, HR Appraisals and Managing Individual Performance offers businesses the chance to learn more about appraisals. Running from 9.30am – 4.30pm, the sessions will reveal elements of an appraisal, the role as an appraiser, skills to manage a team, how to hold effective appraisals, and more.
There are just a few places left for Sales Training for Businesses on November 13 in Penzance where people looking to raise their sales game can discover skills and strategies for B2B and B2C.
Bethany Allen, growth operations manager at Growth Hub, said: “Over the last few months we have heard from business owners that sales training, appraisals and finance were key areas where there are gaps in knowledge.
“We are really keen that these events will give people tangible takeaways they can embed immediately into their business to help make a difference.”
