Launceston-based craft brewery, Firebrand, has released its first-ever zero lager – Little Wave.

The release follows the successful launch of an alcohol-free hazy pale ale last year, Shorebreak.

Firebrand Brewing Company owner/founder, Joe Thomson, explained:  “We originally brewed Shorebreak because I wanted a healthier option to drink without giving up beer. Given that our Helles Beach Cornish Lager is one of our most popular beers, it made perfect sense to create an alcohol-free lager option that maintains the same high quality and great taste.

“Both Shorebreak and Little Wave have under 35 calories per can, are vegan-friendly, and gluten-free making them perfect choices for health-conscious beer enthusiasts.”
