Colwith Farm Distillery has collaborated with chef Emily Scott to launch a new limited-edition vodka.
The Aval Dor Citrus Vodka has “soft, clean with creamy vanilla undertones and bright, fragrant lemon sherbet notes”.
Colwith Farm, which prides itself in being Cornwall’s first single estate plough-to-bottle distillery, makes spirits distilled from Cornish potatoes grown on its fifth-generation family farm in Lanlivery.
Founder Steve Dustow said: “We’re thrilled to be working on our very first collaboration with Emily, a very talented chef who shares our sustainability ethos and commitment to creating incredible products, without compromise. A rewarding process and exciting for us to see a fresh twist on our award-winning Aval Dor vodka.”
Chef Emily Scott, added: “Citrus fruits, to me, are wheels of sunshine that bring colour and deliciousness to my kitchen all year round and are very much essential ingredients to my cooking. I’m so happy to have collaborated with Colwith Farm Distillery, a wonderful pairing with very much a shared ethos.”
