Heartlands Cornwall is reviewing its commercial and social objectives and asking local businesses to share views about the venue through a short survey.
The survey findings will form part of the wider evidence base helping Heartlands to shape its business plan for the next five years.
Independent market research company, PFA Research, has been commissioned to facilitate the consultation work across Heartlands’ various commercial and local resident audiences.
The survey is open to all businesses in Cornwall. In particular, Heartlands and PFA Research are keen to hear from business owner/managers who have visited Heartlands for any reason, which could include attending or exhibiting at events, hiring the facilities, attending meetings or using the café.
Participation in the survey is anonymous and the online survey should take no more than about seven minutes to complete.
