Jack Stein has extended his partnership with St Austell Brewery.

Chef director at Rick Stein Restaurants, Jack Stein has been collaborating with the brewery since 2018.

To kick off the year, Stein and St Austell Brewery have combined their respective food and beverage expertise to develop a series of dishes for ‘Veganuary’, to pair with St Austell Brewery’s range of vegan-friendly bottled beers – including Tribute Pale Ale, Korev Lager and Proper Job IPA.

Laura McKay, head of marketing for St Austell Brewery’s beer and brands, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Jack again this year – a Cornish chef who shares our passion for quality local produce and great tasting recipes. We’re really excited to be bringing the art of food and beer pairing to life. The nuanced flavours in beer have the power to enhance a range of flavours – there really is a brew to complement every dish.”

Stein added: “Having grown up in Cornwall it’s really exciting to be continuing to work with one of the most successful and well-known Cornish brewers in the country.

“We’ve all had a strange start to 2021, but there’s no better time to get into cooking at home and experimenting with vegan dishes.”
