The first Cornwall Beer & Wine Centre has opened its doors in Redruth.
The new retail store, on the Cardrew Industrial Estate, is the result of a merger last year between Keltek Brewery and Wine in Cornwall.
It will champion Cornish-made products, such as Keltek beer, Camel Valley wine and Tarquin’s Gin, as well as stocking a selection of specialist wines and spirits from all over the world.
Nigel Logan, director from Keltek Cornish Brewery and Wine in Cornwall, said: “We are very excited about opening a shop in Redruth.
“Until now Camborne, Pool and Redruth haven’t had a specialist wine merchant and beer shop so we are hoping for lots of interest from customers wanting something a bit different or Cornish, especially over the Christmas period.”
Wine in Cornwall has been an established wine merchant in Cornwall for 20 years, providing wholesale wines for local businesses, as well as providing a retail outlet via its website.
Keltek Brewery has been brewing beer since 1996 and has a strong foothold in Redruth with several pubs in the area.
