CCB, the business training arm of The Cornwall College Group, has become an approved Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) study centre.
As the professional body for human resources and people development, the CIPD offers industry recognised qualifications run by partner organisations, such as CCB.
Sally Foard, group director development at The Cornwall College Group, said: “We are extremely pleased to become the first college in the county to offer the learning and development qualifications on behalf of the CIPD.
“Being awarded this status is yet another example of how industry bodies recognise and respect our ability to deliver professional qualifications effectively. We’re looking forward to welcoming a new group of learners when the first course starts running in early summer.”
