Lusty Glaze Beach in Newquay is leading the way to a healthier 2016 with the launch of a new restaurant menu that caters for people with special dietary requirements.

The new menu features a whole range of meals which can be prepared as they come or as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or dairy free if the customer chooses.

In a drive to make the restaurant more inclusive to all preferences and inspire a healthier lifestyle, head chef Nat Tallents has created a menu which offers a wide range of choice and adaptability to delight those with special diets.

Tallents, who is a former contestant on BBC’s Masterchef ‘The Professionals’, commented: “It was a fun challenge to come up with dishes which can be cooked in several ways.

“We always cook everything from fresh so it’s no hassle to adjust the ingredients and cooking methods to the specific requirements of the customers.”

Beach and restaurant owner, Tracey Griffiths, added: “Options for eating out are often very limited for vegan, coeliac and lactose-intolerant diners. We’ve always been willing to adjust a dish when asked, but now we’ve gone a step further by giving them the choice of seriously delicious choices.”
