With growing optimism surrounding the property market in the south west, local law firm Nalders has appointed a specialist to join its property department to meet the increasing demand.
Jane Cole joins as a chartered legal executive from Coodes in Falmouth, with 15 years’ experience and will be based in the firm’s Camborne office.
Nalders’ property partner, Simon Rogers, said: “Jane brings a wealth of experience and skill to our property department. She is a great addition to our team and has stepped straight into a high caseload with aplomb.”
Nalders has also strengthened its property team from within with newly-qualified solicitors, Rebecca Joyce, based at Helston, and Charlotte Owens, based at Camborne, both choosing to stay with the firm.
Meanwhile, Anna Pipe, a legal executive in the Truro office, has also been promoted to meet the demand from new clients.
