Coodes Solicitors has launched a commercial disputes and insolvency team, enhancing the range of legal support it can offer to businesses.
Led by Coodes partner and litigation lawyer, Verona Cocks, the new commercial disputes and insolvency department will offer businesses expert legal advice on preventing and tackling disputes.
Currently a team of three lawyers, the firm aims to double its size within the next two years.
The new team is part of Coodes’ strategy to grow its commercial work. The firm recently established a business services team, bringing together its specialist business departments across Cornwall and into Devon.
