The Ship Inn on Gonvena Hill, Wadebridge, is celebrating its first entry in the national Good Pub Guide.
The Ship Inn joins only 30 other Cornish Pubs to receive a main entry in the publication.
Landlord, Rupert Wilson, said: “We have had a great August and been getting some great comments on the pub, especially the food, so to now have this pat on the back in print is great for all the team.
“I am particularly pleased by the recognition of the wine list, which is sourced by Wadebridge Wines. We are now looking forward to the publication of the Michelin Pub Guide and AA Pub Guide later this month with our fingers crossed.”
The Ship Inn reopened in August 2013 after a period of closure and a full refurbishment.
