Falmouth Harbour Commissioners (FHC) will be hosting its annual public meeting this month.

The meeting, which will take place at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth on September 22 (7.30pm), is open to members of the public.

During the meeting, FHC – the statutory body responsible for managing Falmouth Harbour – will present its 2014 Annual Report.

All FHC board members will be in attendance and guests will have the opportunity to hear an update about FHC’s latest activities in and around the harbour.

The event will be lead by chairman, Dave Ellis, and will also include a presentation from chief executive and harbour master, Captain Mark Sansom. This will be followed by an opportunity for the public and media to ask questions.

Dave Ellis said: “The annual public meeting always presents a great opportunity for the Commissioners and the local community to come together. We will be giving an overview of our activity over the past year and plans for the year ahead.

“It is also an opportunity for us to answer any questions the public might have. As always, we very much look forward to welcoming those who can attend.”
