Leading local law firm, Foot Anstey, advised on the recent acquisition of Brighton radio station Juice 107.2, by UKRD Group.
The deal sees the Cornwall-based radio group take just over 50% of the shareholding in the business, while existing shareholders retain the remainder.
UKRD’s MD, William Rogers, commented: “We’ve worked with Foot Anstey for several years now and their in-depth knowledge of our business ensured the entire acquisition process was seamless and efficient.”
The agreement brings the number of analogue stations operated by UKRD to 16, including Pirate FM.
