Masked Ball signs Hospital Records

The Masked Ball, one of the UK’s most innovative dance parties, returns to Cornwall this Halloween. This year the event, which takes place at Flambards Theme Park, Helston, will present some of the biggest names on the UK drum and bass circuit and is joining forces with Hospital Records.

Now in its eighth year, the Masked Ball attracts acts and performers from across the UK and Europe, as well as local talent. This Halloween, more than 60 acts and performers have been booked to play in a dozen curated and themed arenas.

This electronic, 12 hour mini-festival has previously featured the likes of Groove Armada, Norman Jay, Andrew Weatherall, Simian Mobile Disco (DJ Set), Nightmares On Wax, DJ Format and Dreadzone. This Halloween will once again see some of the world’s best DJs and artists perform.

Drum and bass label Hospital Records will host the Grand Ball Room at the Halloween event.

Hospital Records’ club promotion arm Hospitality will bring other breakbeat heavyweights High Contrast, London Elektricity, Danny Byrd, Nu:Tone and Fred V & Grafix to the Ball.

Having built an impressive brand over the last 8 years, the Masked Ball team has nurtured the biannual event from humble beginnings by listening to its guests in order to plan a party that’s far less ordinary.

The event will take place on October 31st.
