A Redruth-based telephone answering service is reporting buoyant business as it enters the New Year.
Kernow Business Messaging Service is a telephone answering service dealing with business calls for clients in Cornwall and across the UK.
Last summer it moved into larger, more modern premises, on the Carn Brea Business Park. And account manager, Simon Caddy, has hailed the impact the move has had on the company.
“We are delighted with how things are going since the move last summer,” he said.
“Being available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year meant the festive period especially brought a real test of the new site and facilities and I’m glad to say it went without a hitch and we now look forward to the new year ahead.”
