Kia Motors UK has partnered with ecodrive to launch its new electric vehicle (EV) to its nationwide dealer network.
The Soul EV is Kia’s first electric vehicle and is now available to order from the 13 specialist electric vehicle dealers who participated in a bespoke two-day training event at the Kia Academy in Nottingham, designed and delivered by Pool Innovation Centre-based electric vehicle expert, ecodrive.
The event enabled attendees to explore and understand the rapid global growth of electric vehicles, to meet with a selection of today’s electric vehicle customers and become familiar with the increasing choice of public charging options now available.
Kia Academy manager, Ian Goswell, said: “We decided to partner with ecodrive to deliver this specialist and unique launch training event to ensure that our new network of Soul EV dealers will be fully confident when engaging with today’s increasingly well-informed EV customers.
“The feedback from the event has been outstanding, receiving an overall delegate satisfaction rating (Net Promoter Score) of 96.8%.”
