Truro-based insurance firm, Cornish Mutual, has appointed three new non-executive directors to its board.
Mark Rothery, Jeremy Oatey and Paul Davies have all joined bringing extensive experience in finance, farming and insurance.
In addition to his new role at Cornish Mutual, Rotheray is also the chief executive of CS Healthcare insurance, while Oatey has his own agricultural business – Agricola Growers Ltd – and was named Farmers Weekly Arable Farmer of the year in 2013.
Davies has a strong background in financial services and is also a non-executive director and council member at the University of Gloucestershire, as well as a pension fund trustee with Sun Life Financial of Canada.
