A public exhibition will be held this Friday and Saturday (September 12 & 13) at the Carlyon Bay Information Centre which will provide further updates on the latest plans for the development and in particular the design for Shorthorn Beach.
Previously, an exhibition in July featured more detailed ideas for Crinnis Beach when 337 people visited and 83% said they liked the proposed layout. Architects from Squire and Partners, who are responsible for the design on Shorthorn, plus landscape designers LDA Design will be available to answer any questions.
The current timescale aims for site preparation and clearance to start in spring 2015 with construction of the sea defences beginning in autumn 2015.
The exhibition will run between 10am and 7pm on Friday and 10am and 1pm on Saturday.
