Consumer group Which? has awarded top slot in its annual energy company satisfaction survey to south west green energy supplier, Good Energy, for the third year in a row.
The Which? survey covered customers’ views on customer service, value for money, accuracy and clarity of bills, complaints and energy saving – and Good Energy scored a 5 star rating in each category.
Good Energy, which owns the Delabole wind farm in north Cornwall, achieved an overall customer score of 82%, putting it in joint first place with Ecotricity.
Good Energy CEO and founder, Juliet Davenport OBE, said. “We’re obviously over the moon with this news as it shows how consistent we’ve been at delivering good customer service having been top over the last three years. This is good news for us, but more importantly, for our customers.”
