In day three of Felicia’s Desktop Workout, Felicia shows you a variation on the sit up that will really help tone those abdominal muscles and improve posture.

This can be done as either repetitions or lean and hold, or can be varied up.

Remember to keep your pelvis rotated forward and your belly button sucked in.
