A Falmouth-based coffee shop and deli has been shortlisted for the 2014 Food Reader Awards, run by Food Magazine.
Picnic Cornwall is up for the Best Café Award and owner, Emma Douglas, said: “We were speechless when we got the news – we are so flattered that our customers and readers of the magazine have taken the time to nominate us.
“As the only Cornish Café in the final and a fledgling independent Cornish business we have everything crossed that customers throughout Cornwall may take the time to vote for us and help put Cornish produce and hospitality even more on the national foodie map.”
