The Business Space in Launceston has marked its first birthday by delivering bespoke cupcakes to clients, to thank them for their support during the first year of opening.
The aim when opening The Business Space was to provide businesses in the east with training and networking opportunities closer to home rather than having to travel.
Business Space manager, Dawn Hadfield, said: “It is encouraging seeing the diversity of businesses using The Business Space, and attending courses and events here. The quarterly networking breakfasts are a new addition and are proving very popular.”
The Business Space is managed by Cornwall College Business (CCB) in partnership with Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC) and Cornwall Council, and follows on the success of CCB’s Plymouth and Truro Business Space venues which opened in 2009 and 2011.
