Local childcare organisation, Fit ‘N’ Fun Kids, is hosting an awards ceremony next month to honour the best in quality childcare within the organisation across Cornwall.
The event will be held at the St Michael’s hotel in Falmouth on Saturday November 16, to celebrate the achievements and commitment of more than 40 staff members who work all across Cornwall, caring for children from 0-11.
Serial entrepreneur Rachel Jones, who created Fit ‘N’ Fun Kids 12 years ago, said: “We are fully aware that to provide a high quality childcare provision, our staff must also be highly qualified with continuous professional development.
“Listening and supporting our staff is also essential in achieving a happy workforce which equals happy children and happy parents. For 2013, I felt it was time to launch the first Fit ‘N’ Fun Kids awards ceremony to give back to the team who so tirelessly go that extra mile to ensure the children in our care have a healthy, happy, safe and educational childhood.”
