Business services firm require a Trainer to train client and internal staff in the use of their core IT Products and associated programs and to provide associated training material.
The role will be to manage all aspects of administration relating to training events.
The successful candidate will:
- Organise, plan and deliver training sessions, and inform accounts of training to be charged.
- Maintain up to date training hand-outs and monitor the training evaluation process.
Applicants will have a good general education, excellent keyboard, interpersonal and communication skills and have some experience in IT/Software training.
