Job: HR administrator, St Austell


Based in the St Austell area, the client is looking to recruit a professional and forward thinking HR administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to provide a professional & comprehensive admin service to the HR team, managers and supervisors within the company structure.

Candidates will be required to provide best practise at all times supporting the delivery of objectives as outlined by the company business plan and specific projects within these departments. Candidates will be educated to GCSE level in English & Maths with either ECDL or RSA IT/Typing Qualifications. If candidates are education to A- Level/Degree Level this would be preferred along with being CPP qualified or working towards CIPD.

Excellent IT skills are required along with general admin, data entry and experience of producing written reports. Experience of workig within a Human Resources department would be preferred along with knowledge of learning development within an organisation. Good working knowledge of both Excel and Access would be a distinct advantage along with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
