Cornish regulatory affairs consultancy, TRAC, has received two gold accreditations from recent Investors in People (IiP) and Healthy Workplace assessments.
Following an independent assessment, TRAC was accredited IiP Gold, the UK’s leading people management standard which transforms performance through people to deliver business impact and growth.
In the same month, TRAC was also assessed for the Healthy Workplace Award, which recognises the efforts of local employers who “do that bit extra” to look after their staff.
TRAC received further recognition when it was named Active Workplace of the Year at the GBUK Cornwall Sports Awards held at the Headland Hotel in Newquay earlier this month.
Company director, Sarah Trethowan, said: “These are fantastic achievements for TRAC and I’m very proud of the way the team has embraced the initiatives. We’ve worked incredibly hard to achieve this recognition which is having a real positive impact in the workplace and contributing to our success.”
