A star of Channel 4’s popular television show, Undercover Boss, will be visiting Cornwall next month to speak to local business leaders.
Stephen Martin, CEO of the Clugston Group, a Lincolnshire-based construction company, featured in the first series of the programme in 2009 and will be speaking at ‘SOAR to Success,’ a networking event being held on September 12 to launch a new training programme from Cornwall College Business (CCB).
SOAR is the result of £7.8 million of investment aimed at developing skills of frontline staff in Cornwall. Attendees will hear from local Cornish businesses, including Cornwall Care, about how training can impact their business and from Martin about his experiences on Undercover Boss.

SOAR to Success takes place at 6.30pm on September 12 at the Atlantic Hotel in Newquay.
