Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is the bankruptcy capital of the country, according to latest figures.

Northumberland is in second place with 23.5 per 10,000, and our neighbours Devon in third with 23.4.

Greater London has the lowest rate of bankruptcy, at 11 people per 10,000.
