Cornwall College Business (CCB) is to begin working in collaboration with the China Fleet Country Club in Saltash to help cement its reputation for customer service excellence.
CCB will offer an ongoing bespoke training programme embodying customer service and then look to expand the provision to all aspects of the operation. Specific tailored training and courses will be matched to the 170-strong staff and their responsibilities throughout the year. This will cover all areas at the club including golf, leisure and hotel.
China Fleet Country Club general manager Karl Taylor said: “With the impressive support from Cornwall College Business, we have been planning our new company wide training programmes for some time now are we really excited to now be launching them to our staff.”
