Work has begun on a new industrial development at the Longrock Business Park in Penzance. Developer Questmap is refurbishing existing industrial premises on the site and building a further eight industrial/trade counter units.
The new development has been named Questmap Business Park and is located on the established Longrock Business Park in Penzance. Truro-based property consultant Alder King has been appointed to market the new and refurbished industrial units, which range in size from 1,076 sq ft to 9,436 sq ft.
The units are available on flexible leases or alternatively virtual freeholds are also available at prices from £170k plus VAT.
