Work has begun on a new industrial development at the Longrock Business Park in Penzance. Developer Questmap is refurbishing existing industrial premises on the site and building a further eight industrial/trade counter units.
The new development has been named Questmap Business Park and is located on the established Longrock Business Park in Penzance. Truro-based property consultant Alder King has been appointed to market the new and refurbished industrial units, which range in size from 1,076 sq ft to 9,436 sq ft.
The units are available on flexible leases or alternatively virtual freeholds are also available at prices from £170k plus VAT.
Tim Smart, head of agency, Cornwall at Alder King commented: “Longrock Business Park is a popular out of town industrial park in Penzance and has several well known national industrial occupiers including Dulux Decorator Centre, Plumb Centre and Denman Electrical Wholesalers.
“Questmap’s new development will create over 90,000 sq ft of new and refurbished premises at Longrock, which we are sure will prove very attractive to local and regional occupiers looking to buy or rent property in the area.”
Questmap Business Park is approximately two miles east of Penzance town centre, in an established commercial area. As well as offering a wide range of premises it has excellent transport links, with the nearby A30 providing easy access to the rest of Cornwall and Exeter.
