Contract to March 2025

Full time, permanent (part-time working considered) Salary band: £27K-£29Kp.a. depending on skills and experience

We are now looking for a Programme Administrator to provide an administrative function to the wider local management team and Programme Director, ensuring the successful delivery of a programme of business support to  individuals and existing businesses in Cornwall specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council’s Good Growth Programme.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Highly accurate client data entry into Outset CRM and client record files, including collection and recroding of evidence
  • Contribute to accurate monitoring of systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvements to increase efficiency
  • Organising online and in-person workshops and sessions including booking and liaising with venues, setting up Zoom/Teams links and emailing directions/joining instructions to participants
  • Engagement with and coordination of a wide range of companies, venues and organisations from the private, public and third sector
  • Preparing materials for sessions/meetings
  • Deliver excellent client service at all times to clients, subcontractors, partners and funders, building and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Arranging and taking notes at meetings
  • Point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries
  • Office supplies coordination when required
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Act as fire marshal and/or first aider
  • Acting as scribe at sessions (if required)
  • Other administrative tasks as required by the Programme Director and/or local management team

Personal Specification

Essential:

  • Relevant commercial, academic or vocational experience
  • Exposure to working within complex partnership settings
  • Strong team working skills
  • Extensive experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, plus Google Drive, Zoom, and Teams
  • Experience in using and maintaining CRM systems including reporting functionality

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an ERDF/ESF project environment
  • Experience of working with other stakeholders in a project
  • Experience of working with business support agencies, public and private sector organisations
  • Experience of using Basecamp, Daylite, Formsite and Eventbrite
