Job: 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in delivering first class support to our clients. You will need to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems and help our customers install and update applications and programs.

You will use sophisticated remote management and control tools to provide rapid support. You will use our ticketing system to take responsibility for tasks and seeing them through to successful completion.

If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems and challenges.
