Administrator – 1.0 FTE 5 days per week

Salary £24,000 to £27,500

We’re looking for a real people person; someone who’s happy taking calls, answering emails and being our clients’ go-to person for all things session-related.

In addition to general administration duties of data entry, collation of evidence and filing, we’ll need you to support our busy events schedule and handle all the administration of our face to face and Zoom training sessions.

You’ll need to be highly competent, flexible and enthusiastic, with a great eye for detail and a high level of accuracy and enjoy working in a strong team environment.  Experience of working on Macs and with Daylite, Formsite, Eventbrite, Zoom, Skype and Microsoft packages is desirable, as is experience of working in complex partnerships and on similar ERDF projects.

Initially, during the ongoing pandemic, you will be based at home, but once it’s deemed safe, this will become a fully office-based role.
