In ‘normal’ times your office base will be at Cornwall Marine Network’s premises in Falmouth and you will be required to travel to training locations around the County, however during the current pandemic restrictions an increased number of work days may be from home with delivery taking place remotely

Permanent, full-time role, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth CMN is looking for an experienced Tutor / Trainer to work with learners across Cornwall on a range of projects and contracts both for young people and adults.

This will include projects funded by the European Social Fund and Mainstream Adult Education Budget (both for 16+ and 19+) and other contract requirements that arise.

You will deliver our accredited and non-accredited employability programme range for the unemployed, including supporting basic digital skills needs.  CMN is seeking to appoint an individual with expertise and experience in supporting people with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) and who can deliver in a range of formats including remote / digitally, classroom based, one to one and through blended learning.

Since 2010, CMN has delivered employability programmes successfully with more than 90% gaining qualifications and nearly 800 people gaining employment.

As a training provider, Cornwall Marine Network provides personal and flexible training for businesses and individuals.  We have delivered a wide range of successful programmes to more than 7,750 local learners, created 3,150 new jobs including 1,350 new Apprenticeships and added over £420 Million value to Cornwall’s economy as a result.
