How is the business best described?
Put simply we’re a web agency, but more than that, we are the agencies’-web agency!
Our approach is to provide tailored web, design and marketing solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are a small but highly skilled team and as a boutique web agency, we ensure that your project will receive our full focus and expertise.
Why was the business founded?
The business was set up by three colleagues that had a complimentary set of skills.
The business really took off during Covid when we got the chance to put our skills to good use in design, development and infrastructure to design and build the system that supported Cornwall’s flu-drive-through, the precursor to the massive Covid vaccination programme.
In the years since, we’ve shifted our focus on helping other businesses with web design, development and marketing. What we do has changed, but why we do it hasn’t. We’re still all about using our skills to make a positive impact and work on projects we believe in.
How does the business compare to competitors in the industry?
We understand that not every business or marketing agency can justify having a full-time team – that’s where we come in. We’re happy to forge long-term relationships that foster sustained growth, giving businesses the flexibility to offer new services or support a smaller marketing team, without the added wage bill.
Think of us as an extension of your team, ready to help you spread your wings without weighing you down.
What are the business’s plans both short and long term?
We’re all about building more great relationships! While we don’t just work with local businesses, we love supporting and growing the Cornish economy. In the short term, we’re focusing on connecting more with our community. Long term, we’re looking into AI to see how it fits into what we do and what we can offer.
Unlike 3D TV’s and Virtual Reality, AI will touch every aspect of our lives but especially how we work. Imagine in 3-5 years, what will the digital world look like? There are going to be some massive changes and we want to be part of it.
How does the business define success?
Fun I guess! We took the leap to build a business so we could work on projects we believed in with great people. It’s not about exit strategies; it’s about enjoying the journey. After all, when you’re doing something you believe in with great people, success normally follows.
