With a serious commitment to the local community and surrounding area THE PIG – at Harlyn Bay celebrates Cornwall!

The menus are written around what is available in the walled kitchen garden or delivered to the door from the local suppliers–creating the 25-mile menu concept.

It is all about the kitchen garden, it is the beating heart of our operation…everything is driven by the gardeners, foragers and chef – they grow and find the food – our chef then creates the menu. We pick, cure, smoke, forage and pickle or work with farms and producers, seeking out the best of the local area.

Menus will change by the minute, depending on what the what the kitchen garden team deems to be in perfect condition or is brought to the kitchen door by our valued local producers, suppliers and fishermen! This commitment to sourcing food from within a 25-mile radius menu not only supports our local suppliers, but means we can be 100% honest on the provenance of our ingredients.

The kitchen garden influence can be felt throughout the hotel, restaurant and even the treatment rooms, with home brewed herb garden infusions served in the bar, a little bit of the garden touching every plate on the menu and infused teas served in the Potting Shed treatment rooms.

The Potting Shed treatment rooms are quiet and calm and designed to help you escape it all. These warm rustic retreats are tucked away at the bottom of our gardens; little secluded hideaways where you can totally chill out and wind down, choosing from a range of deeply relaxing facial and full body treatments.

Taking inspiration from the herbal surroundings and our rural roots, you can experience bespoke treatments using products by VOYA, made only with natural and organic ingredients that have been accredited to the highest standards by the Organic Soil Association.

Inspired by the breath-taking natural beauty and long-standing traditions of Ireland’s northwest coast, three generations of the Walton family have scientifically harnessed the healing properties of seaweed and created VOYA, organic beauty products and treatments from the sea.
