An exciting new Managing Director role in Falmouth has been announced.
ICE Trikes, world leaders in the manufacture of recumbent trikes, is investing in a growing market by restructuring and securing the talent of its staff by becoming an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) organisation.
Ice Trikes will create a new trust board to oversee the business. To keep the existing talent working hands on with trikes and innovation the business is also bringing in a new role of Managing Director.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an exciting new chapter in ICE Trikes journey, as they transfer to becoming an EOT, as the Managing Director in a successful and well-established innovative business in Cornwall.
The new Managing Director will work with a newly appointed Trust Board, with a remit to manage the day to day business, and work with the existing team to continually evolve and develop our service and products.
The business turns over circa. £5 million and employs 35 people across the factory, distribution, and service centre. They are in a strong position in Cornwall, with a steady growth trajectory but there is excellent potential to extend the client base and geographic reach with the continued development of their products. They have a highly committed senior management team who will support the new Managing Director, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
