Conference and business facilities at Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club are the busiest they’ve been post-pandemic, with 48% increase in bookings.
During the past months since emerging from the pandemic, many companies have been nothing but eager to conduct business in the real world once more.
Mrs Clare Bond, Director of Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club, commented, “It’s brilliant to see our conference facilities being used to their fullest again. We’ve seen a massive increase in the number of meetings, interviews and work events taking place; our corporate bookings are up by nearly 50% and there are even business matters taking place over rounds of golf!”
“It’s clear the face-to-face, old-fashioned way of doing business has been missed, and thanks to our amazing location just off the A30 in North Cornwall, we’ve had the pleasure of seeing those meaningful conversations and interactions absolutely flourish again. It’s evident that businesses are enjoying getting back into the physical world with all the benefits that brings.”
Paul Miller, Managing Director of Cornish Accounting Solutions, visited Lanhydrock in March. He commented, “We held an all day workshop at Lanhydrock Hotel; it was excellent service as always and felt great to be interacting with the team in the real world again.”
Clare commented, “It’s great to have some of our long-standing clients back in the hotel like Paul’s. We’re a family-orientated business ourselves so we’ve particularly missed seeing them in the real world!”
