Food and Drink Cornwall is hosting a Food and Drink Industry conference at the Eden Project on Thursday May 12. As consideration is being given to investment priorities for the Cornish economy, the time is right to open a discussion about the future of the sector, with contributions from key industry representatives, organisations, and the businesses themselves.

At the event, there will be the chance to hear from industry influencers and to make your input into interactive sessions that will be used to help shape the future of support for this vital business sector in Cornwall.

Starting at 09:30 with a keynote talk from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage, there will then be insight and analysis provided by other leading industry speakers covering food and drink trends and future direction.

A panel discussion and interactive Q&A session will follow, where there will be a debate discussing what kind of future there is for the sector in Cornwall and how it should best be supported.

The morning will conclude with a networking lunch with Cornish food and drink producers who have taken part in the Food and Drink Cornwall project and an opportunity to meet other industry contributors, all in the inspirational setting of the Eden Project. The event will conclude at 14:30.

If you are a member of the sector and would like to attend this exciting event, then please email Food and Drink Cornwall here with your business credentials and they will get an invitation to you.
