Solve have grown from a one-man band in humble shedquarters to a mighty team of digital specialists in a vibrant high-street location in 6 years. Nansledan was strategically chosen as it aligned perfectly with Solve’s environmental ethos and community-centric values.
The renowned Nansledan project is on Duchy of Cornwall land in Newquay. More than a mere development, this vibrant community of homes, shops and offices is low-carbon, and energy and land efficient. Sustainability was fundamental in the design of the entire project, which uses local materials and tradespeople.
As part of their ethos to create a sustainable community, the Nansledan developers ask businesses to pitch for commercial space, and hopefuls are assessed to ensure their values and plans align with the overall trajectory of the project. Solve were thrilled to secure the site towards the end of last year. Following a complete renovation of the interior, 1 Chi Ewyn is now home to the forward-thinking Solve team and their renewable energy-powered servers, as well as a high-tech presentation space, a modest 77 lush plants and the occasional four-legged friend or two.
