A growing portfolio

Property Management has become an increasingly key part of the Miller Commercial offering, with a growing portfolio of clients which extends well beyond Cornwall into Devon, Somerset, Avon and Gloucestershire.

Nick Maffey

The team of experts, led by associate Nick Maffey, undertakes the management of a wide variety of buildings, from single stand-alone units to portfolios comprising industrial estates, business and retail parks owned by institutions and high net worth individuals.

In order to keep up with the growing demand for property management, in December the company appointed the highly-experienced Stephen Peckham to the role of senior facilities manager, with another facilities manager due to join in the near future.

The team has also been strengthened by the appointment of Beth Lawrence in the role of property management administrator. Lawrence, who has worked for several international property firms in London, will be supporting both the property management front-end team as well as the dedicated property management accounts team.

Brian Botting

Senior property manager, Paul Duffy, is currently taking an extended leave of absence due to health reasons. Until his return, Duffy’s role will be filled by Miller Commercial partner Brian Botting who has over 40 years’ experience in the industry.

Head of property management, Nick Maffey, commented: “The start of 2018 has seen a significant growth in the demand for our services across the south-west and beyond. I believe this is due to the range and proven quality of property management services we offer, the experience and expertise our team bring to each client, and that we are relatively unique in having within property management our own dedicated accounts team and offer full FM back-up.”
