 Business Cornwall: Why was the business founded?

Our CEO Rob Vivian founded the company after 6 years working in London as a director in the Telecoms industry. He grew up in the West Country, loves Cornwall with a passion and, having made a success of operating the business in the Bristol area, opened an office in St Austell in 2015.

 Business Cornwall: How does the business compare to competitors in the industry?

We have the expertise and commitment to providing the very best Telecoms and IT networks and infrastructure available – backed up by a support team who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We’ve even built a research and development centre – the first Telecoms provider to have such a facility. It means we can test out technology before installing it and, if a client has a problem, we can mimic their systems and troubleshoot solutions. That attention to detail and fast, responsive service makes us stand out from the crowd.

 Business Cornwall: What are the business’s plans both short-term and long-term?

We’re working with some excellent businesses in Cornwall – including St Austell Brewery, Inns of Cornwall and Devon, the award-winning Pandora Inn and CTG Windows. Our aim is to expand our client base in the county so that more companies, of every size, benefit from the cutting-edge, bespoke service we offer. That’s why we sponsored Cornwall Tourism Awards this year. It’s never been more important for businesses in the hospitality industry to embrace technology and keep customers connected. We’ve got the knowledge, experience and resources to do that – putting cost-effective systems in place for speedy online booking, state-of-the-art telecommunications and good, reliable WiFi. Making a real difference has always been our aim.
